This sponsorship is to provide excellent education to orphans and underprivileged children from the community.
Although we are Christian Oriented, no child is turned away because of race, tribe, religion or colour.
Identified children undergo discipline and behaviour change through the Bright Heart Children program that teaches children to live with six universal principles of courage, compassion, truth, justice, freedom and peace.
Sponsored children grow up as the future generation of leaders who have a value system that yarns for development, prevents diseases and promotes peace. When they are back into the community as healthy and educated adults with high moral standard, they undoubtedly play their part in rebuilding their community and country into a positive and prosperous nation.
For £20 per month, you can sponsor a child by meeting his/her education, scholastic materials, feeding, clothing, medical care and other education essentials.
As a sponsor, you will receive a welcome pack and photo introducing your sponsored child as well as updates twice a year.
By sponsoring a child, you will practically bring hope, joy and change the child’s future for good.
When you sponsor a child with Joy For Humanity you will give life to a child’s future, family and the entire community.
Your generosity will have a ripple effect as better education will bring more opportunities to a child resulting to a new cohort of leaders who will break the cycle of generational poverty.
Kyazanga modern school has over 600 pupils and the buildings are in a need of a lot of refurbishment. In the last 3 months, Joy For Humanity has managed to help them renovate 6 classrooms but they need to renovate 4 more classrooms, improve staff accommodation and refit the children’s dormitories. It costs about £600 to renovate a classroom. Hopefully, over the next 12 months, we can support the school in its renovation.
Kyazanga Primary school are hoping to build a new nursery and if everyone is interested in donating to this please donate to the school support fund. It is anticipated that it will cost about £50,000 to build a new nursery for the school which is much needed.
Kyazanga modern would love to twin with a school in the UK. If you are interested please get in touch so that we can start to think about what this might look like.
