During his career, Kevin has led organisations in many different sectors and countries – Printing, property development in UK and Turkey, the UK Charity Sector, International charity sector, including setting up a Health Centre in Kenya.
This has given him a broad experience in both UK and International leadership and a broader Governance perspective by serving on over ten different boards over the last 20 years.
Kevin has also been involved in leadership at his local church for the last 30 years.
Kevin is married to Heather and they live with two of their seven children and their cat.

Joseph’s learning experience in ICT, digital product engineering and his service to humanity has allowed him to evaluate community experiences and challenges from a creative perspective and reflect on alternative approaches to rural, isolated and underprivileged regions.
Joseph’s strong background of 18 years of work experience, with 17 years of management and leadership, including eight years at Uganda State House advising on Information and Communication Technology matters, has enabled him to develop in the area of teamwork, organisation and analytical skills.

After working in multinational hospitality firms, Shilla has attained five years of team leadership experience while working at Off to Work Ltd, Steam Dreams in the UK.
Her knowledge in Health and Social Care has enabled her to participate in Health and well-being promotion both in the UK and with our target group, especially the young people.
Shilla is also involved in promoting and fundraising for the organisation.

Heather has worked for the NHS as a GP in Hackney since November 1990.
She has a special interest in family medicine and also loves working in the community
Heather is also involved at her local church and is a Governor at a local Children’s Centre.
She lives at Home with her husband Kevin, two of their seven children, and their cat.
